*   What are the "Search by Yacht" / "Search by Crew Name"-areas?

In these areas, you will be able to locate the details of any person or yacht registered with Yachties Reunited by name only. Their details can be located by their current surname (as registered within the Your Details-section) or by their surname. You can search for a person by their forename and surname and you also have the option to search for their name on the yacht that they used to work for by selecting the Yacht Name. Our results list will show the matches to your search in alfabetic order.

*  What is the "Crew Title"-area?

In this area, you will be able to locate the details of any person registered with Yachties Reunited by job title only. Our results list will show the matches to your search in alfabetic order and also reveal during what dates the employment lasted. These gives you the possibility to find other old yachtie friends that you might have forgotten by making a search on one of the other crew members.

*   How do I send an email to a yachtie friend I've just found?

You can send an email to any other member on the site by clicking on the envelope icon to the right of their name and then clicking on the "Send an email to ..." link. Once the email is sent, you will receive a confirmation copy of the text that you have written at your registered email address. The person that you have sent your email to will receive the text that you have written the next time he/she will login, showing as a contact from your name in the subject heading of the email.
